- Custom squishies will always default "SOFT" firmness (00-30 on the ShoreOO scale). Unless you request that we create a squishy using leftover material/colors from a custom toy order that is a different firmness.

- Squishies may have minor imperfections (small air bubbles, scuffs or dings). However, we do not flop squishies. These imperfections will not affect ability to be sanitized.Â
